Missions is giving them Jesus

This picture was taken at an orphanage in La Mesa, Colombia where the children come from rough backgrounds and broken homes. The orphanage has given them a refuge from life on the streets in Colombia from drug dealers and sex traffickers. We worked at the orphanage for a few days and did children’s programs and taught photography. The cross of nails was a craft that gave a tangible way of understanding Christ’s sacrifice. We continue to pray for them that the gospel would penetrate their hearts.
