Hope is alive!

This word was etched on the inside of a gated compound for children that had been rescued from the streets in Ethiopia. It was such a small, dingy, crowded home with almost no room to play, but the children there were so full of life and joy! We came there to bring them some hope and take some needed clothing, candy and goodies. But they gave us so much more! They sang worship songs for us and told us their testimonies and reminded us that hope is not about where we are, but in whom we trust
